BUY THE PIECE Rules & Restrictions:​

• These are our original designs and ideas we want in our portfolio and for promotion.

• We own the right to distiputed the finished images as we see fit for self promotion.

• We also own a copyright on these pieces 

  • You will be required to sign over ownership rights to the design & tattoo.

  • You will be legally required by contract to give us credit for the tattoo and design when publishing (sharing) the tattoo on social media or online. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • In the event that your "likeness" is used in any publications (paid or unpaid) such as TV, Movie, Game we will require credit and compansation via royalty which will be a part of your contract with us.

• Tattoo appointment must be booked within the next 3 months.

• IF piece exceeds the estimated size due to the amount of coverage needed for he skin canvas:

  • Each additional hour on top of the estimated time will be added to the session to complete the piece

    • Will be charged at a further discounted rate,

      • Example: if a client paid $300 for a 2 hour piece but it takes 4 hours because the client wanted to do the design bigger... the fee would be $600 for a 4 hour piece.

• Anything after 7 pm will be charged a discounted BUYOUT fee of $100/hour for up to a 12hr. session.

• A 50% Deposit is required to start the booking process for any BUY THE PIECE appointments.​

  • The 50% deposit will come off the price of the tattoo as long as our Deposit Policy is followed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
